Short kick set for abs and underwaters.

Swim at least four rounds of the following.  Exceptional dolphin kickers can do it without fins; most will want fins.  Use 30-second sendoff for yards; 35 seconds for meters.

1 X 25 Head-Up Dolphin Kick
1 X 25 easy dolphin kick on your back, arms extended in streamline
1 X 25 Dolphin Kick, Arms Up!
1 X 25 dolphin kick on your side, with arms at your sides...or 360 Dolphin Rotation
